Our Customer Service Commitment

We encourage you to shop with confidence. We accept a one-time exchange on unworn items within 7 business days of purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or odor will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer.

If a customer does not find an item they wish to exchange for at the time, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit is valid for 7 business days from the date of issue. After this period, the credit will expire. Store credit may also be used toward beauty products.


Please Note:

  • No cash refunds.

  • No exchanges on shoes (including sandals, heels, or boots). Please refer to the size chart carefully before purchasing.

  • No exchanges on intimate apparel (such as underwear), swimwear, or beauty products (including lipwear, etc.).
